What do I get for $49 a month?
Founder Starter gives you 25 email credits a month. Searching the directory is unlimited on every plan - a credit is only spent when you reveal an investor's verified email, and revealing one you have already unlocked is always free. You also get the AI investor search, each investor's socials, stages and sectors, and CSV export.
What's the difference between Founder Starter ($49) and Founder Pro ($199)?
The size of the monthly allowance. Founder Starter is 25 email credits a month; Founder Pro is 250, and raises the CSV export cap to 100 rows per export. Both search the whole directory without limit.
What is an email credit?
One credit reveals one investor's email address. Searching, filtering and browsing the directory cost nothing, and re-viewing a contact you have already revealed is free forever. If we cannot find a deliverable address for someone, you are not charged - a miss never costs a credit.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing month, so credits do not accumulate. If you regularly run out before the month ends, the next plan up is the cheaper way to buy the extra reveals.
Is this a subscription?
Yes. Plans bill monthly or yearly through Stripe and you can cancel anytime from your account; access runs to the end of the paid period and nothing is charged after that. There is no annual contract unless you choose yearly billing, which is 10% cheaper.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes, three ways. Browse and search the entire directory free (only the emails are hidden), get 3 email credits when you create a free account, and download a free CSV sample from any list page: 15 verified investors per sector list, up to 100 for the US list.
How fresh are the emails?
Every email is checked for deliverability before it appears, and re-checked on a schedule. Each profile shows when its address was last verified, and addresses we cannot confirm are excluded from exports.
What if an email bounces?
Report it via the contact page and we re-verify the address and correct the record. Bounces are rare because risky addresses are filtered out of the directory and every export.
What is the 15% discount I saw?
Requesting a free list download surfaces 15% off your first month of Pro ($199/month afterwards). It is the same plan; the discount is a thank-you for trying the data first.
Where do the contacts come from?
Public professional sources, then verified for deliverability. Investors can request removal at any time, and a removed investor disappears from every page and every export.
How do I remove my data?
Any investor can request removal from the opt-out page. We suppress the address so it can never be re-added, and scrub the record across the catalogue.
Do you sell my data?
No. Mintround is a tool for founders; we do not sell your information, and the site sets no tracking cookies unless you consent.
