Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Mintround. By buying or using Mintround you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Who we are

Mintround is a company registered in Estonia. You can reach us at hello@mintround.com. How we handle data is covered in our privacy notice.

What Mintround provides

Mintround is a directory of professional investors with verified business contact information, so founders can reach them directly. We offer one-time purchases for lifetime access: Lifetime Access ($29) unlocks every verified investor email in the app, and Lifetime Access + CSV Export ($79) adds the full database as a downloadable CSV. Both are a single payment with no subscription and no recurring charges.

Your wallet

There are no passwords. Your access lives on a private wallet link we email you at purchase. That link is the only key to your access and unlocked contacts, so keep it safe. Anyone with the link can use the access, and we cannot recover data for a link you have lost beyond the email we sent.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record and handles any applicable VAT or sales tax at checkout, so the tax you see is collected and remitted by Stripe. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects access you have already bought.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email hello@mintround.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, no interrogation. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and end your access. We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as bulk-exporting the database and then requesting the money back.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute the investor data, in whole or in part;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the site beyond the export features we provide;
• share, resell, or pool a single purchase across multiple businesses or a team beyond your own use;
• use the contacts for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messaging, or in breach of anti-spam and data-protection laws (including GDPR and CAN-SPAM) that apply to your outreach;
• attempt to break, overload, or circumvent the security or access controls of the service.

You are solely responsible for how you contact investors and for complying with the laws that apply to you. Breaching this section may end your access without a refund.

The investor directory

Listings contain professional, business-capacity contact information gathered from public and licensed sources. We verify deliverability but do not guarantee that any address is current, that a message will be read, or that any investor will reply or invest. Any investor can request removal at any time from our opt-out page, and we may add, change, or remove listings at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The database, the site, and all related content are owned by Mintround. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the contacts for your own fundraising outreach. It does not transfer ownership or any right to resell or redistribute the data.

Discounts and affiliate codes

Promotional and affiliate codes reduce the price at checkout and may attribute your purchase to the affiliate who referred you. Codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Any commission arrangement is solely between Mintround and the affiliate and does not affect these terms or your purchase.

Disclaimers

The service and the data are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Mintround is a data and introductions tool, not investment advice, and we do not promise any fundraising outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mintround is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end access that breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
