What's the difference between the $29 and $79 tiers?
$29 unlocks every email in-app. $79 adds CSV export: download any list, search or firm page as a spreadsheet (100 rows per export), plus the full database as one file, emailed after purchase and re-downloadable anytime with always-current data.
Is this a subscription?
No. Both tiers are one-time payments for lifetime access. There is nothing to cancel and the price never recurs.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes, two ways. Browse the entire directory free (only the emails are hidden), and download a free CSV sample from any list page: 15 verified investors per sector list, up to 100 for the US list. No signup needed.
How fresh are the emails?
Every email is checked for deliverability before it appears, and re-checked on a schedule. Each profile shows when its address was last verified, and addresses we cannot confirm are excluded from exports.
What if an email bounces?
Report it via the contact page and we re-verify the address and correct the record. Bounces are rare because risky addresses are filtered out of the directory and every export.
What is the 15% discount I saw?
Requesting a free list download surfaces a one-time 15% discount on the $79 export tier. It is the same product; the discount is a thank-you for trying the data first.
Where do the contacts come from?
Public professional sources, then verified for deliverability. Investors can request removal at any time, and a removed investor disappears from every page and every export.
How do I remove my data?
Any investor can request removal from the opt-out page. We suppress the address so it can never be re-added, and scrub the record across the catalogue.
Do you sell my data?
No. Mintround is a tool for founders; we do not sell your information, and the site sets no tracking cookies unless you consent.
